Compliance

Compliance at TraceForex

This page is maintained by the TraceForex team to summarise the controls, policies and platform behaviours that support a trustworthy directory of Forex account managers.

TraceForex is not a broker, financial adviser or regulated portfolio manager. This page is not a certification or attestation.

Verification integrity

Every manager profile with a verified badge has had its MT5 track record pulled directly from the broker via read-only credentials. We do not accept screenshots or self-reported metrics.

Manager KYC

Managers with active subscriptions complete identity verification through our KYC provider before they can receive contact unlocks or leave reviewer responses.

Data protection

Personal data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production data is restricted, logged and reviewed. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Investor protection

Reviews are tied to funded copy-trade relationships. Contact unlocks are logged. Reports of misconduct are triaged by our compliance team.

Shared responsibility

TraceForex operates the platform, verifies MT5 track records and enforces content policies. Managers are responsible for the accuracy of their profile content and for complying with the laws applicable to their business. Investors are responsible for their own due diligence and for ensuring any arrangement they enter into is lawful in their jurisdiction.

AML & sanctions

Payments are processed by our payment provider, which applies its own AML and sanctions screening. Manager KYC includes government-issued ID and sanctions/PEP screening at onboarding and periodically thereafter.

Reporting misconduct

To report a manager for suspected misconduct, misleading claims, or a compliance concern, contact us at [email protected] with the subject line prefixed [COMPLIANCE]. All reports are reviewed and responded to.

Security disclosure

Vulnerability reports are welcomed. Please email the address above with the subject line prefixed [SECURITY]. We commit to acknowledging reports within two business days.
