Risk Disclosure

Last updated: July 1, 2026

Trading foreign exchange, CFDs and other leveraged instruments carries a high level of risk to your capital and may result in losses that exceed your initial deposit. It is not suitable for all investors.

1. No investment advice

TraceForex is an information and directory platform. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to trade, or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

2. Past performance

Verified performance metrics shown on the Service reflect historical trading results. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Market conditions change, and a strategy that has been profitable in the past may lose money in the future.

3. Leverage

Forex trading is typically conducted on margin. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses. Small adverse market movements can result in a total loss of your capital and, in some cases, additional liability.

4. Counterparty and broker risk

You will trade through a broker of your choice. TraceForex does not custody funds and is not responsible for the solvency, execution quality or regulatory compliance of any broker or manager listed on the Service.

5. Operational risks

Copy-trading and PAMM arrangements involve technical dependencies including internet connectivity, broker servers and third-party bridges. Interruptions can cause missed trades, slippage or unintended positions.

6. Manager risk

Even a verified track record does not guarantee future behaviour. A manager may change strategy, increase risk, or make errors that lead to significant losses. You should conduct your own due diligence before allocating capital.

7. Regulatory considerations

The legality and regulatory treatment of copy-trading and account management vary by jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that any arrangement you enter into is lawful in your country of residence.

8. Only risk what you can afford to lose

You should never risk capital that you cannot afford to lose. If you do not fully understand the risks involved, seek independent financial advice before trading.
