Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TraceForex website, applications and APIs (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
2. Nature of the service
TraceForex is an information platform and directory. We are not a broker, financial adviser, portfolio manager or fiduciary. We do not execute trades, hold client funds, or recommend any specific manager. Any relationship you enter into with a manager listed on the platform is directly between you and that manager.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
4. Credits, subscriptions and refunds
Credits are non-transferable and never expire. Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Once a contact has been unlocked, the credits used for that unlock are non-refundable. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time from your billing dashboard.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) misrepresent your identity or performance; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; (c) upload malicious code; (d) use the Service to solicit users for unregulated financial products; or (e) use the Service in violation of applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
The Service and its original content are owned by TraceForex and protected by intellectual property laws. Manager-submitted content remains the property of the manager, who grants us a licence to display and process it as necessary to operate the Service.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Past performance shown on the Service is not indicative of future results. Trading foreign exchange on margin carries a high level of risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TraceForex will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for a breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
